Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission 22/01535/U to 'No occupation of the development other than in connection with operations at the neighbouring premises at Weston House, Weston Road shall take place until details of covered and secure bicycle parking for 10 cycles have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved details shall thereafter be installed prior to first occupation of the development by any occupier independent of the operations at Weston House, Weston Road and shall be retained and maintained in this condition thereafter.'

Variation of Condition 6 of previous permission 19/00792/F to 'Within 6 months of the first occupation of the development changes to waiting restrictions facilitated by a Traffic Regulation Order for Diamond Road shall be secured by the Highway Authority and put in place.'

Variation of Condition 3 of previous permission 18/00571/F to: 'No site clearance, demolition or works above ground shall take place within the site in pursuance of this permission until an updated bat survey has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in full accordance with the recommendations contained within of the approved report.'
