Sycamore (T1): Reduce branches overhanging fence line by approximately 2 metres. Reduce spread from 11 metres to 9 metres and height from 16 metres to 14 metres.

T1 green beech: Crown raise 4.5m over garden and 5m over path & road, reduce crown conflict with property by no more than 1.5m feathering back into crown; T2 green beech: Crown raise 4.5m over garden and 5m over path & road; T3 weeping beech: Crown raise to height of adjacent boundary fence/wall at 2.5m on no.18 side only feathering pruning points back into remainder of crown.

Clearance of self sets sycamores in the main and vegetation between fence and wall of neighbouring property. Clearance behind one property only to larger ash tree.

Beech Overhanging from No. 18 (T1): Reduce overhanging branches by no more than 1.5m from roof and fence. Sycamore (T6 & T7): Reduce by 2-2.5m and raise to 4m. Cyprewss (T8): Remove. Oak (T7) Raise crown to 4m.
