T1 Self set Sycamore ( Acer pseudoplatanus ) located in boundary hedge to the front elevation of number 210 Mansfield road. This tree has been allowed to establish itself in an unsuitable area with little room for root development and in close proximity to the property given its potential size in maturity. We would propose to remove this tree.
