TPO164 trees T4 & T5, these two trees Sycamore and Horse Chestnut (T101 in attached survey) are completely entwined and the arborist has recommended that they be reduced by 50% to previous pollard points as they have excessive canopy and branch growth causing issues to the adjacent apartment block drainage.
