During winding days the trees are coming into contact with the properties roof and chimney also the neighbours roof/chimney as they are in close proximity of the house structure in calm weather. Also passing traffic including the council bin trucks are hitting low lying branches. Pollard fruit tree Crown Reduce Trees by 1m and cut back from building to provide a clearance of up to 2m & lift 5.2m over the carriageway. Species of Trees:- The are 3 trees in very close proximity in a line along the side of the property which are :- 1. Lime tree 2. 2 Common Sycamore trees. 3. Old fruit tree.

Of the four trees in the garden T1-T3 are conifers which, over many years, have grown beyond the reasonable capacity of the garden. It is not proposed, though, to do any work on T3 at the moment. T1: because of its size, closeness to the property and damage to garden path the proposal is to remove this tree apart from the lower trunk. The tree is approaching 6m high, comes within about 0.8m of the building (its trunk is less than 1.5m from the house) and the roots have begun to cause damage to the garden path. T3: is smaller (at about 3.5m tall) but is thick and blocks light, The proposal is for crown thinning (by about 25%) to allow more light to pass through and with to reduce the crown by 0.5-1.0m. If we are required to replace T1 then we will plant a small (possibly fruit) tree towards the back of the garden.

Reduce a large oak tree situated at the back of the property. The current height is 19ms. I would like to reduce by 5ms giving a new height of 14ms The current radial branch length is 11 ms. I would like to reduce by 4.5 ms, giving a new radial branch length of 6.5ms. The radial branches are all to one side of the tree and are now very close to the house. I would like to crown thin by 15 -20%

T1 - Yew tree - fell to ground level. Tree is very close to the property, blocking light, shedding needles and growing from a raised bank. The owner has also had home insurance increases due to the proximity of the tree to his house.

Request for a crown reduction of a maximum of 2m lateral branch length, retaining the tree height and a balanced canopy shape on an acer negundo box elder tree. This tree is 1m from our property, the branches are now in contact with the guttering to our house and are extending over into our neighbours garden.

Large sycamore tree towards the lower end of the garden which if fell could damage property (Revesby House, Lucknow Ave) The tree is dying with large branches already fallen. Large hole at 3.5m height which had bracket fungus which has now been removed. Previous limited work done last year but tree deteriorating & is now a risk to property & life. I am happy to plant a specimen oak once this tree is completely removed

T23 Request- crown reduction of 2.25m in heght, 2m lateral branch reduction over the road, and 1.5m over the drive and towards the house, retaining a natural shape and balanced canopy. Reasons 1- More light accessing house 2- Less pigeon fouling on drive/cars 3- Less gutter blockage of house 4- Last reduction in 2009

T1 - Fagus Sylvatica (TPO675) Reduce north eastern spread of canopy towards house by branch shortening to provide 2.5m clearance from building. Crown lift the northern and western spread of the canopy by a process of branch shortening rather than removal of branches back to the stem. The aim is to provide a 4m clearance directly above the elevated patio area to the south and west of the main building, 3m clearance from the top of its glass barrier and 5.5m clearance above ground level of the garden below (see fig.2 supporting document). The works aim to mitigate future damage to built features and allow light into garden/raised area. Target prune three limbs from northern spread (picture figs 3 & 4 supporting document) to maintain an aesthetically balanced canopy and restrict shading over garden and property. T2 - Platanus x hispanica (TPO1000) Lift one limb on northern spread of encroaching plane canopy. Cut back to stem leaving branch collar intact.
