I wish to prune back the branches of Lime T34, Lime T33 and Lime T32. Three of the 5 lime trees I have in my garden are encroaching on my neighbours roof (30 Magdala Road) and the branches are touching there roof tiles and in windy conditions they are rubbing the roof tiles and i believe its only a matter of time before the roof is damaged and I will be responsible to pay for damages which i'm keen to avoid. All three tree branches are also within 3 metres of my property and over hanging the roof in places so i would like to prune both sides of the proposed trees from both properties which would also keep the trees asymmetric.

Lime tree to be felled due to Kretzschmaria deusta disease. We will be replanting and getting appropriate advice on which tree is best to plant once the work has been carried out on the lime tree.

T16 Cherry tree, fell. Tree is causing damage to paths and tree has limited life expectancy. Replant with ornamental maple.

T2, Sycamore T3, Horse Chestnut T4, Lime T5, Sycamore T6, Sycamore and T8 Sycamore - crown lift to 4m above ground level, and reduce lateral branch length of branches overhanging 727 Mansfield Road by a maximum of 1.5-2m, retaining a balanced canopy shape. T7 Holly- prune back branches overhanging 727 Mansfield Road to the boundary line.

TPO288 Prune trees. T1& T3 Lime, T2 & T4 Plane, Crown Reduction of 2m in both radial branch spread and height. Crown Lift to 6m above ground level.

T1 Beech tree - remove two branchs that is encroaching on laurel tree as shown in photos. Crown lift to 4-5m above ground level over the road to remove low hanging branches that interfere with traffic on Valley Drive T2 Lime - Crown lift to 4m above ground level.

T1- Oak :- Crown lift lower branches over the garden of No.22 to give 4m clearance and improve light to the small vegetable garden. (Mainly epicormic growth on the stem) Reduce back the lowest limb on the North side of the tree growing towards the gutter of No.22 by 2 metres to prevent Squirrels using this branch for accessing the roof space.

TPO 473, T1 crown reduce height by 2.5- 3m, and lateral branches by 1.5m, back to previous pruning points. Maintaining a natural shaped canopy.

TPO433, T1 Oak; 1m crown reduction of height and radial spread.
