Large sycamore tree towards the lower end of the garden which if fell could damage property (Revesby House, Lucknow Ave) The tree is dying with large branches already fallen. Large hole at 3.5m height which had bracket fungus which has now been removed. Previous limited work done last year but tree deteriorating & is now a risk to property & life. I am happy to plant a specimen oak once this tree is completely removed

T23 Request- crown reduction of 2.25m in heght, 2m lateral branch reduction over the road, and 1.5m over the drive and towards the house, retaining a natural shape and balanced canopy. Reasons 1- More light accessing house 2- Less pigeon fouling on drive/cars 3- Less gutter blockage of house 4- Last reduction in 2009

T1 - Fagus Sylvatica (TPO675) Reduce north eastern spread of canopy towards house by branch shortening to provide 2.5m clearance from building. Crown lift the northern and western spread of the canopy by a process of branch shortening rather than removal of branches back to the stem. The aim is to provide a 4m clearance directly above the elevated patio area to the south and west of the main building, 3m clearance from the top of its glass barrier and 5.5m clearance above ground level of the garden below (see fig.2 supporting document). The works aim to mitigate future damage to built features and allow light into garden/raised area. Target prune three limbs from northern spread (picture figs 3 & 4 supporting document) to maintain an aesthetically balanced canopy and restrict shading over garden and property. T2 - Platanus x hispanica (TPO1000) Lift one limb on northern spread of encroaching plane canopy. Cut back to stem leaving branch collar intact.

T2 Silver Birch- reduce overhanging branches onto Neighbours Side by a maximum of 2 metres, presently restricting light into neighbours house. T3 Silver Birch- reduce overhanging branches onto Neighbours Side by a maximum of 2 metres, presently restricting light into neighbours house.

T1-T5: Sycamore. Remove trees as they are dead/dying due to infection with Sooty Bark Disease (see further detail in attached report). Replace with similar species. T6: Copper Beech. This tree requires a slight reduction (see further detail in attached report) to help balance the crown and reduce the overhanging vegetation from the owners house and neighbouring property. The proposed works will have minimal impact on the trees health and condition or their appearance in the wider landscape.

Have current Hawthorn tree removed. Several parts of trunk leaning further and further towards the house. Grows substantially over the boundary where new houses are going to be built. Tree originally planted at higher level to the property which requires a wall surrounding It to maintain levels and root system, this wall continues to crack and will soon fall down. Repairing and rebuilding the wall becomes expensive. Obviously if permission is granted and removing the tree will cause any damage to the property then I will not proceed Replant several trees along the boundary line species to be decided. T1 Copper Beech: height reduction by 6m, width reduction by 6m and pruning away from adjacent house to give 2m clearance. T2 Copper Beech: height reduction by 6m, width reduction by 6m and pruning away from adjacent house to give 4m clearance. T3 Yew: minor trimming to clear adjacent property by 1m.

T1 large mature beech tree , the tree is in good health but causing structural damage to the nearby home. See attached structural report, and tree report. The home owner would like the tree removed and will replace.
