T2 - London Plane: Re pollard the tree which is overhanging the glass roof to the adjacent building. Prune back all of the upper canopy to leave a group of scaffold limbs which will allow the tree to regenerate a new canopy from the existing pollard unions. T3 - London Plane: Reduction in length of lower limbs growing over the Library garden and towards the suppressed London Plane (T2) by no more than 2m. Pruning the selected branches back into suitable replacement unions whilst leaving a natural flowing branch line. All work will be carried out to BS:3998 (2010) Recommendations for Tree Work.

During winding days the trees are coming into contact with the properties roof and chimney also the neighbours roof/chimney as they are in close proximity of the house structure in calm weather.
