T2 Yew- Reduce top to previous reduction points, and trim 1 years annual growth from sides. T3, T4 & T5 Limes - Crown Thin by 10% and reduce height to previous reduction/pollard point. T6 Magnolia - Reduce by 1m retaining a natural canopy shape.

T1- Crown thinning of 15% and a 4m reduction radial branch and 5m reduction in height of the tree. T2-Crown thinning of 15% and a 4m reduction radial branch and 5m reduction in height of the tree. T3-Crown thinning of 15% and a 4m reduction radial branch and 5m reduction in height of the tree. T4-Crown thinning of 15% and a 4m reduction radial branch and 5m reduction in height of the tree. .

G1 - Hawthorne hedge - to be felled area to the rear of the garden has mature hawthorn as part of a hedge row, one has fallen over and the remainder are in heavy decline and over run with Ivy, the plan is to fell all tree species within the scrub area and replant a hedge along the boundary line adjacent to the metal fence.

Alianthus- reduce lowest branch growing over road (west side) back by 2 metres. Reduce branches growing towards building (east side) back by 3 metres

TPO3 T8 Horse Chestnut : removal of one large branch overhanging Old Hall Drive. Branch is getting too large to be supported by ageing tree. Almost no foliage this summer on tree.

Tag 676 - Beech. Lateral canopy reduction by 4.6 metres on Northern aspect, 4 metres to Eastern aspect 1.5 metres to southern aspect and 2 metres to Western aspect to suitable replacement points leaving wound points no greater than 10 cm in diameter. Treating canopy of 676 has to reflect report findings and recommendations for Tag 678 to ensure harmonious combined growth and appearance. The work is required to diminish the likelihood of limb breakage by wind damage. Tag 678 - Beech. Lateral canopy reduction by 4.6 metres on Northern aspect, 2 metres to Eastern aspect 1.5 metres to Southern aspect and 3 metres to Western aspect to suitable replacement points leaving wound points no greater than 10 cm in diameter. Upper canopy reduction by 4.2 metres. Treating canopy of 676 has to reflect report findings and recommendations for Tag 678 to ensure harmonious combined growth and appearance. The work is required to diminish the likelihood of limb breakage by wind damage.

I wish to prune back the branches of Lime T34, Lime T33 and Lime T32. Three of the 5 lime trees I have in my garden are encroaching on my neighbours roof (30 Magdala Road) and the branches are touching there roof tiles and in windy conditions they are rubbing the roof tiles and i believe its only a matter of time before the roof is damaged and I will be responsible to pay for damages which i'm keen to avoid. All three tree branches are also within 3 metres of my property and over hanging the roof in places so i would like to prune both sides of the proposed trees from both properties which would also keep the trees asymmetric.
