There is currently a tree that is growing in our next door neighbour's back garden. Prune back overhanging branched to boundary line, shaping to maitian a natural canopy shape.

Trees on neighbouring property number 1-6 Prune back over hanging branches to appropriate pruning points to boundary line. Crown reduce trees 1 and 2 by 1m.

T1 Norway Spruce- Fell as too close to the building (light issues)

Works: T1. Reduce beech tree by approx 2m Justification: The tree has been reduced in the past. Regular sensitive reductions will enable the tree to retain a viable leaf bearing crown without growing to a size where it completely dominates the garden.

One large Leylandii. The work will be to remove the tree and the stump. In October 2020 there was root damage to drains costing over 6,000. The tree is too big for the location and crowds a Poplar, a Norway Maple and a Magnolia. A French Fig tree and a Cox's Apple tree will be planted to replace the felled tree.
