Retrospective application for retention of timber frame single storey extension and fencing to side and rear of commercial office space (Class E(g)(i)).

Changes to internal layout including - addition of Staff WCs, alteration of secure meeting room, alteration of reprographics room to allow access to WC's from Cafe, adjustments to ancillary rooms on first floor offices. Changes to elevations/external appearance including - 4no. additional small louvres on north elevation to allow for adequate ventilation, 1no. additional small louvre to east and west elevations to allow for adequate ventilation, addition of louvres to south elevation cafe windows and door, removal of south facing pergolas, replacement doors to the balcony and main entrance, and adjustment to small external plant compound to the east with 2.4m timber fencing around.
