Variation of condition 2 (Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (Schedule 2, Classes C1 and C2) the accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used; (a) During term time by full-time students and employees of Oxford Brookes University (Oxford Polytechnic) or full-time students of Oxford University or other educational establishment authorised by the City Council to be in the City at the date of this permission; (b) Outside term time for academic and cultural visitors and delegates attending conferences at the Oxford Brookes University's main campus at Headington and Wheatley) of planning permission 92/00609/VF (Variation of condition 3a and 3b of planning permission ref.: 90/00644/NFY (use of student hall of residence outside term time for accommodation for cultural and academic visitors and for conference delegates)) to allow flexible use of Crescent Halls on a temporary basis, for short-term lets to non-students and students not studying at Brookes and as serviced nightly stay accommodation, in response to significant vacancies that the University can experience which is currently prevented by condition 2.

Erection of three storey student accommodation building (use class C2). Provision of vehicular parking and soft landscaping.

Application to certify that the subdivision of the existing dwellinghouse to create a 1 x 4-bed dwelling and 1 x 1-bed flat (Use Class C3) and their use as two separate units of residential accommodation is lawful development (amended description)

Alterations and refurbishment to Batchelor's Row including: shower accommodation; thermal upgrades; framed single glazed windows; roof structure and coverings; lighting protection; trace heating; leak detection; man-safe system of Tom Quad Stairs 5, 6 and 7. Removal and infill of the high level windows.

Partial demolition and alteration of C2 accommodation (17 Norham Gardens), demolition of C2 accommodation building (Brockhues Lodge), erection of 3 no. C2 accommodation buildings including drainage and landscape works; and minor alterations to listed building and demolition of curtilage listed building (19 Norham Gardens).

Refurbishment and alterations to accommodation rooms at third and fourth floors to include: alterations to upgrade sanitary accommodation; new partitions to form fire lobby and additional student bedroom; upgrade and alterations to internal doors; installation of fire lining to walls; upgrade to mechanical and electrical services (Amended).

Application to certify that the proposed stationing of a caravan to be used as ancillary accommodation to the main dwelling, including as a garden office for the occupiers of the main dwelling within the domestic curtilage of 58 Kiln Lane is lawful. (amended description).

Application to certify that the existing annexe used as a separate rental flat/unit of accommodation (Use Class C3) is lawful development.
