Re-roofing and insertion of insulation; vents to flat roof. Repairs to stone facade; refurbishment of windows including secondary glazing; new rainwater goods and external railings. Upgrade fire separation and level of detection, upgrading of fire doors; insertion of new doors, and fitting new ironmongery to all doors. Removal of internal partitions, floor and asbestos-based materials. Insertion of new partitions, including to plant room. Replacement plaster. Kitchen refurbishment and decoration. Internal and external redecoration. Replacement of mechanical and electrical services. Installation of fitted furniture.
