Refurbishment and redecoration of the Senior Common Room suite, Dining Hall and lobby floors, wall panelling, windows and door repairs with acoustic works to Hall and reinstatement of windows to the west facade. Conversion of rooms 12 to 18 on level 2 of Staircase 11 from student bedrooms to Fellows' offices. Redesign of the Servery and food delivery areas and extension of kitchen with alterations to internal walls. Removal of mezzanine to kitchen and insertion of plant room. Construction of a lift shaft at former kitchen quadrangle with demolitions to create new openings for access and excavation to form basement. Mechanical and electrical services upgrade. Alterations and additions in Dolphin Yard to provide offices and create a works compound.
