Demolition and replacement of Kennington rail bridge, including single span over the railway lines and culverts for Hinksey Stream East and West; An eastbound all-traffic lane for left-turning vehicles from the A34 Hinksey Hill Interchange to Old Abingdon Road; An eastbound lane from Old Abingdon Road to Redbridge Park and Ride, for use by buses and users of Redbridge Park and Ride; Capacity improvements at Kennington Road bridge to enable the proposed eastbound Park and Ride lane to extend over the road bridge and upgrade of the existing parapets on both sides; Improved eastbound shared use footway and cycleway between A34 Hinksey Hill Interchange and Red Bridge Hollow on Old Abingdon Road; Replacement westbound shared use footway and cycleway between Kennington Roundabout and slip road to Kennington Road; Construction of retaining walls on the A423 to the west of Old Abingdon Road junction, to the west of Kennington Road Bridge and to the west of Kennington rail bridge; Utility diversions, sustainable drainage systems, landscaping, external lighting, traffic signals alterations at Kennington Roundabout and traffic signs; All associated engineering and temporary construction works, site compound and storage areas at Land on the A423 Southern bypass between Hinksey Hill Interchanges and Kennington Roundabout.

The dualling of approximately 3.2km of the A40 carriageway from the existing Hill Farm junction at Witney to the Eynsham Park and Ride site including the construction of two new roundabouts. An Eastbound and Westbound bus lane approximately 6.5km in length from Eynsham Park and Ride site to existing structures at Dukes Cut waterway. Capacity and connectivity improvements over existing structures at Dukes Cut waterway to enable proposed eastbound bus lane to extend over the existing structures up to the A34 flyover in the east, forming a connection into Oxford. Construction of a new signalised junction to the Eynsham park and ride. New pedestrian/cyclist underpass at Cuckoo lane. Two new pedestrian/cycle bridges at Cassington Hall. Widening of cassington bridge. Demolition and replacement/extension to existing white house culvert. Demolition and replacement/extension of Barnard Gate new culvert. New and improved shared use footways and cycle ways, including new shared links to National Cycle Network. Alterations to existing junctions and property access long the A40. Controll crossings, external lighting, noise barriers , sustainable drainage systems , landscaping habitat creation including ecology ponds and associated hibernacula and all associated engineering and temporary construction works.

Variation of condition 2 (Develop in accordance with approved plans) of planning permission 17/02419/FUL (Erection of new Music School, construction of link to Lynam Hall, landscaping including the formation of a new courtyard, garden area to Lane House and entrance courtyard.) to allow an extension to the north west staircase and plant room, the provision of air-source heat pumps and alterations to fenestration. Increase in height of parapet wall, removal of fire escape and seating box to the north elevation. Alterations to the fire escape ramp to the south elevation and alterations to the link structure to Lynam Hall. Reduction in roof mounted PV solar panels and rooflights. (amended description)
