Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/00317/FUL to allow the removal of staircase to the south-west elevation, alterations to the parapet to the top of the laboratory plant room, relocation of the PVs onto the plant room roof, reduction to the overall length of the covered roof plant and increase to the external screened area, removal of high-level edge protection handrails, alterations to the precast panel arrangement and window openings to the north-east elevation including reduction in overall window area and provision of new external enclosures (fences) to the rear of the building for bin stores and tanks.
