Reconfiguration and replacement of WCs unblocking and installation of windows to WC enlargement of door to WC. Creation of gates, barrier and entrance and screen. Creation of ramp access from High Street via Beer Cellar Yard into lodge with lift and new gate to High Street with demolition of gate. Existing vent grilles replaced with cast iron grilles. Refurbishment and redecoration of the Senior Common Room suite, Dining Hall and lobby floors, wall panelling, windows and door repairs with acoustic works to Hall and reinstatement of windows to the west facade.
