Construction of a ramp and steps to the south-west elevation of the church and demolition of curtilage boundary walls to south-west (Amended site plan).

Demolition of porter's lodge and reinstatement of loggia. Construction of porter's lodge in bursar's office at loggia in front quad. Replacement of sash windows with double glazed units. Demolition of gate and steps, window and bars, grilles, air conditioning units and window boxing to Beer Cellar Yard and creation of lift access and 1no. door. Internal alterations at bursar's office including; removal and replacement of panelling, fireplace and alcoves, removal of 1no. door and partitioning lowering of floor reassembling fireplace and panelling in room at the south end of the east wing of front quad and installing built-in units. Reconfiguration and replacement of WCs unblocking and installation of windows to WC enlargement of door to WC. Creation of gates, barrier and entrance and screen. Creation of ramp access from High Street via Beer Cellar Yard into lodge with lift and new gate to High Street with demolition of gate. Existing vent grilles replaced with cast iron grilles. Change of use of first and second floor offices to create 2 x 2-bed flats. Internal alterations to include; new timber stud partitions installed within existing openings and within room to form new en-suite, formation of bedroom access, floors enclosed with timber joists and ceiling and floor boards to match adjacent construction, installation of new kitchens extractors and tile vents. Removal of existing partitions, kitchenette, timber stairs leading from first to second floor and WC doors to be removed. Entrance door to be replaced.

Old Library. Opening up the pulpit at second floor level and providing a glazed screen to the study bedroom. Refurbishment and replacement including construction of en-suite accommodation and general refurbishment of living accommodation at Junior Member student and Senior Member residential and ancillary accommodation. Re-roofing and insertion of insulation; vents to flat roof. Repairs to stone facade; refurbishment of windows including secondary glazing; new rainwater goods and external railings. Upgrade fire separation and level of detection, upgrading of fire doors; insertion of new doors, and fitting new ironmongery to all doors. Removal of internal partitions, floor and asbestos-based materials. Insertion of new partitions, including to plant room. Replacement plaster. Kitchen refurbishment and decoration. Internal and external redecoration. Replacement of mechanical and electrical services. Installation of fitted furniture.

Rebuilding of rear wing of 84 St Aldates to 1 x 4-bed dwellinghouse (Use Class C3). Construction of 1 x 3 bed dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) on the empty space to the rear of the site. Internal alterations to include a insertion of 1no. internal door at first floor level, new staircase, formation of opening at top of the stairs, removal of 1 staircase between first and second floor in unit 2. Insertion of 1no. window to North elevation. and formation of internal staircase to provide access to second floor. (part retrospective)

Refurbishment and redecoration of the Senior Common Room suite, Dining Hall and lobby floors, wall panelling, windows and door repairs with acoustic works to Hall and reinstatement of windows to the west facade. Conversion of rooms 12 to 18 on level 2 of Staircase 11 from student bedrooms to Fellows' offices. Redesign of the Servery and food delivery areas and extension of kitchen with alterations to internal walls. Removal of mezzanine to kitchen and insertion of plant room. Construction of a lift shaft at former kitchen quadrangle with demolitions to create new openings for access and excavation to form basement. Mechanical and electrical services upgrade. Alterations and additions in Dolphin Yard to provide offices and create a works compound.

Refurbishment of existing Porter's Lodge and ancillary spaces; removal of internal partitions and existing joinery on the ground floor; new opening into existing internal masonry wall. Construction of new partition to create a separate post room; removal of existing external doors and replacement with frameless glass doors; installation of new low metal barrier and gates to covered passageway. Construction of new external ramp into Front Quad and removal of existing partition on first floor level to create storage.
