Demolition of porter's lodge and reinstatement of loggia. Construction of porter's lodge in bursar's office at loggia in front quad. Replacement of sash windows with double glazed units. Demolition of gate and steps, window and bars, grilles, air conditioning units and window boxing to Beer Cellar Yard and creation of lift access and 1no. door. Internal alterations at bursar's office including; removal and replacement of panelling, fireplace and alcoves, removal of 1no. door and partitioning lowering of floor reassembling fireplace and panelling in room at the south end of the east wing of front quad and installing built-in units. Reconfiguration and replacement of WCs unblocking and installation of windows to WC enlargement of door to WC. Creation of gates, barrier and entrance and screen. Creation of ramp access from High Street via Beer Cellar Yard into lodge with lift and new gate to High Street with demolition of gate. Existing vent grilles replaced with cast iron grilles.
