Redesign of the Servery and food delivery areas and extension of kitchen with alterations to internal walls. Removal of mezzanine to kitchen and insertion of plant room. Construction of a lift shaft at former kitchen quadrangle with demolitions to create new openings for access and excavation to form basement. Mechanical and electrical services upgrade. Alterations and additions in Dolphin Yard to provide offices and create a works compound.

Internal alterations associated with conversion of the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor college accommodation which includes student study bedrooms, academic offices and teaching rooms, to student cluster dwellings and separate academic staff offices and ancillary functions. Insertion of 2no. doors, alteration to 1no. door, insertion of 1no. window and insertion of 2no. air handing units to north elevation. (Amended description).
