Re-purposing of former Fellows rooms to meeting and teaching rooms, installation of white boards with associated floor box & ducting in rooms 5.1, 5.3, 5.6, 5.6a. Blocking of doorway between rooms 5.1a & 5.3. Removal of existing partition between 5.6a and lobby. Conversion of former bathroom to office (room in between 6.5 & 6.6a) and associated removal of partitions and repair works to floors & walls including timber structure, as a result of past water ingress. Refurbishments to the lower ground floor to include refurbishment of the cafe store into staff changing room facilities; formation of new catering office within the Jameel Gallery store including installation of partition; creation of catering preparation area; upgrades to electrical services and mechanical services.

External alterations including installation of glazing to ventilation slits, glazed doors and screen to opening in west elevation; replacement doors in east elevation; window alterations. Shelter Shed - Internal alterations including removal and demolition of redundant fittings, partition walls and suspended ceiling; installation of new furniture and fittings. Replacement of door in south elevation. Office Building - replacement of windows and door. All buildings - repair and structural works to stonework, brickwork, timberwork, rainwater goods and roof structures. Reconstruction of stone boundary wall.
