Demolition of the rear library extension to form a new two storey extension with external staircase and roof terrace, the internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing library, Westrange and Principal's Lodgings to facilitate new circulation space, offices, seminar and lecture space and modern storage space and the excavation of the Quad and associated spaces to provide new library, study and storage spaces with associated landscaping.

Refurbishment and redecoration of the Senior Common Room suite, Dining Hall and lobby floors, wall panelling, windows and door repairs with acoustic works to Hall and reinstatement of windows to the west facade. Conversion of rooms 12 to 18 on level 2 of Staircase 11 from student bedrooms to Fellows' offices.
