External repairs and refurbishment to include; repairs to existing roof, repairs to chimney, repair and redecoration of roof lantern lights and fenestration; repair and redecoration of rendering to rear elevation including rainwater goods, soil pipes, staircase and access ladder; stone cleaning to front elevation. Internal repairs and redecoration to include; replacement floor coverings, installation of 1no. WC, installation of LED light fittings, replacement of 2no. air conditioning units and works to mechanical and electrical services. (Amended description)

Internal refurbishments to inside of windows/frames; sealing and secondary glazing; doors; timber work; skirting's and balustrades. Removal of timber partitions, sinks, base and wall units and associated drainage in the treatment rooms. Upgrade to heating and electric services.

External alterations to include re-roofing the spaces above staircases 1 2 3 and the Wardens Lodgings. Installation of insulation over existing rafters and fitting of louvred ventilation outlets. Re-leading of existing dormers. Replacement of rooflights and alterations to fenestration. Internal refurbishment to include repairworks to staircases and upgrading of electrical installation to ground, first, second and third floors of staircases 2 and 3. Formation of en suite bathrooms, removal of partitions and alterations to remaining partitions.

Alterations to the window reveals of the existing stained glass windows, installation of protective, anti-UV clear glass windows to the exterior and alterations to and adjustment of interior timber panelling around the window reveals of the Upper Library in Mob Quad.

Replace windows in building range on west side of Wolfson Quad

Subdivision of dwellinghouse to create 1 x 3 bed flat and 1 x 5 bed flat (Use Class C3). Internal and external alterations to ground floor to include; removal of 1no. external door and replacement with 1no. window, removal of partition wall, formation of 2no. new door openings, formation of new door opening to upper flat, formation of 2no. partition walls, removal of 2no. doors and removal of 3no. door openings. Internal alterations to first floor include; removal of existing cupboards. Provision of amenity space, bin and cycle stores.
