Introduction of a fire rated lobby at basement level. 1 & 3 Brewer Street- Works of alteration to improve fire precautions and means of escape and associated repair works, including: Replacing/upgrading fire doors, screens and partitions; external decorations; and draught proofing and repairs to existing windows including the introduction of secondary glazing.
