The dualling of the A4130 carriageway (A4130 Widening) from the Milton Gate Junction eastwards, including the construction of three roundabouts; - A road bridge over the Great Western Mainline (Didcot Science Bridge) and realignment of the A4130 north east of the proposed road bridge including the relocation of a lagoon; Construction of a new road between Didcot and Culham (Didcot to Culham River Crossing) including the construction of three roundabouts, a road bridge over the Appleford railway sidings and road bridge over the River Thames; Construction of a new road between the B4015 and A415 (Clifton Hampden bypass), including the provision of one roundabout and associated junctions; and - Controlled crossings, footways and cycleways, landscaping, lighting, noise barriers and sustainable drainage systems. at A linear site comprising a corridor between the A34 Milton Interchange and the B4015 north of Clifton Hampden including part of the A4130 east of the A34 Milton Interchange, land between Didcot and the former Didcot A Power Station and the Great Western Mainline, land to the north of Didcot where it crosses a private railway sidings and the River Thames to the west of Appleford-on-Thames before joining the A415 west of Culham Station, land to the south of Culham Science Centre through to a connection with the B4015 north of Clifton Hampden.

Environmental Impact Assessment - Screening Request for the reintroduction of passenger trains onto the Cowley branch line (THA line) to include the construction for two new railway stations (Oxford East and Oxford South) plus associated infrastructure - known as Cowley+ Project.

The dualling of approximately 3.2km of the A40 carriageway from the existing Hill Farm junction at Witney to the Eynsham Park and Ride site including the construction of two new roundabouts. An Eastbound and Westbound bus lane approximately 6.5km in length from Eynsham Park and Ride site to existing structures at Dukes Cut waterway. Capacity and connectivity improvements over existing structures at Dukes Cut waterway to enable proposed eastbound bus lane to extend over the existing structures up to the A34 flyover in the east, forming a connection into Oxford. Construction of a new signalised junction to the Eynsham park and ride. New pedestrian/cyclist underpass at Cuckoo lane. Two new pedestrian/cycle bridges at Cassington Hall. Widening of cassington bridge. Demolition and replacement/extension to existing white house culvert. Demolition and replacement/extension of Barnard Gate new culvert. New and improved shared use footways and cycle ways, including new shared links to National Cycle Network. Alterations to existing junctions and property access long the A40. Controll crossings, external lighting, noise barriers , sustainable drainage systems , landscaping habitat creation including ecology ponds and associated hibernacula and all associated engineering and temporary construction works.

Application to certify that the proposed construction of a small single-storey extension to the existing outrigger at the rear of the property to form small garden room at the end of the kitchen is lawful development.

Application to certify that the proposed installation of weighbridge and wheelwash, installation of gatehouse (as shown on the attached plan) , construction of passing places on access track, installation of traffic control signals and CCTV and height signage is lawful development.
