1 Brewer street- Alterations to the first floor flat to improve fire separation. Alteration of two second floor flats to improve the reciprocal means of escape including the formation of a dormer window and staircase in the south flat and alteration to the roof escape door in the north flat. 3 Brewer Street- Alterations to the second floor landing to provide a secondary means of escape from the housemasters accommodation. Introduction of a fire rated lobby at basement level. 1 & 3 Brewer Street- Works of alteration to improve fire precautions and means of escape and associated repair works, including: Replacing/upgrading fire doors, screens and partitions; external decorations; and draught proofing and repairs to existing windows including the introduction of secondary glazing.
