Variation of condition 2 (Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (Schedule 2, Classes C1 and C2) the accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used; (a) During term time by full-time students and employees of Oxford Brookes University (Oxford Polytechnic) or full-time students of Oxford University or other educational establishment authorised by the City Council to be in the City at the date of this permission; (b) Outside term time for academic and cultural visitors and delegates attending conferences at the Oxford Brookes University's main campus at Headington and Wheatley) of planning permission 92/00609/VF (Variation of condition 3a and 3b of planning permission ref.: 90/00644/NFY (use of student hall of residence outside term time for accommodation for cultural and academic visitors and for conference delegates)) to allow flexible use of Crescent Halls on a temporary basis, for short-term lets to non-students and students not studying at Brookes and as serviced nightly stay accommodation, in response to significant vacancies that the University can experience which is currently prevented by condition 2.

Variation of condition 7 (PD removal) of planning permission 20/00652/RES (Details of reserved matters (appearance and landscaping) for the erection of 1 x 3-bed dwelling and 2 x 4-bed dwellings pursuant to outline permission 17/02142/OUT.) to allow plot 3 to utilise the loft space for additional accommodation and insertion of rooflights and allow plots 1,2 & 3 additional rear extension and minor enhancements to the internal layout.
