TPO 05/1978 [78/00005/TPO] - T.1 Yew - Prune all overhanging branches to the boundary, approx 1m from the edge of the building (tree previously pruned, the vast majority of cuts would be less than 2.5cm, with a couple of higher branches of diameter approx 5cm).

T.1 Copper Beech (red dot) - Reduce by approx 1 to 2m, to previous reduction points, clear the crown of ivy and remove any deadwood; T.2 Cherry (yellow dot) - Remove, due to poor health; T.3 Cotoneaster (yellow dot) - Remove, leaning and causing damage to stairs accessing the garden & H.1 Lleylandii hedge (green line) - Remove, running along the rear boundary of garden and replaced with a mixed native hedge [Not protected].
