T.1 Cedar - Fell (dieback throughout crown) and replace with similar size tree; T.2 Ash - Remove deadwood and crown raise by removing lowest downward sweeping branches (below where main stem divides); T.3 - Sycamore (growing beneath crown of Ash - there are 2, the one to be felled is the one to the rear i.e. set back further from the garden, the closer one is to be retained); T.4 - Hawthorn (in hedge along front of property) - Fell; T.5 - Beech (growing up through crown of Ash - Fell; G.1 - Cherry Laurel x 2, Holly - Fell and Box - reduce & reshape as necessary (to show off the Yew behind); T.6 - London Plane - Crown raise to approx 5m, and prune back to give 2m clearance from roof and chimney; T.7 Sycamore - Crown raise by removing low growth from right hand stem (when viewed from garden looking back towards house) from around the location of a previously pruned branch (lowest branch, growing to the right), and removal of vertical growth from the pruned branch and 3 small branches growing to the right; G.2 Willow pollard and Lombardy Poplar x 2 - Fell (in poor condition within line of boundary trees).

T.1 Purple Leaved Plum - Reduce selected branch endings to reshape crown and raise crown, as considered necessary, adjacent to and over the rear boundary of the neighbouring property & T.2 Cotoneaster - Reduce large limb growing towards garage, to suitable secondary growing point, to avoid potential for future failure and selectively reduce overlong branch endings to reshape the crown, including reducing the overhang to the footpath and branch endings growing towards the house on the SW side of the crown, as discussed on site.

T.1 Oak - Reduce & reshape extended, lateral branches overhanging the garage & drive only, to suitable secondary growing points, in line with boundary wall wherever possible. Retain smaller low lateral branch growing towards front right corner of house, as discussed and agreed on site.
