T.1 Silver Birch - Reduce single dominant branch growing to the north-east, by pruning back to a suitable secondary forking break, retaining crown shape and lightly thin the remaining crown by removing small crossing branches; and T.2 Beech - Raise crown, by removing low lateral branch overhanging the property boundary to the south-west and adjacent shed.

G.1 Remove five Leylandii adjacent to the eastern boundary; T.1 Sycamore (Norway Maple) - Reduce and reshape by approx. 2-3m; T.2 Yew - Reduce and reshape northern/garden side of the crown over the lawn; T.3 Lawson Cypress - Retain; G.2 Remove small Holly, Laurel, retain Cherry/Plum adjacent southern boundary, reduce and reshape, as necessary together with smaller Yew/Leylandii on boundary to maintain cover as nedessary; and T.4 Copper Beech - Crown reduce and reshape by target pruning by no more than 4m, by way of 'drop crotching' to suitable secondary branching forks, to maintain the natural crown habit and flowing lines and by removing longer duplicated branches, where possible, and further reduce to shape. Raise crown to no more than 4m above ground level, by removing low lateral branch growth to the first major forking break and any smaller secondary branch growth to achieve the required height.

T.1 White Poplar - Crown clean, by removing all dead and damaged branches/branch stubs; raise crown by removing lowest lateral branch overhanging the rear boundary; remove smaller secondary branch overhanging the garden/lawn, back to forking break on primary branch; and remove duplicated secondary branch from low lateral branch overhanging the garden/lawn, back to forking break on primary branch, to avoid premature failure (all works as discussed and agreed by way of anotated photographs); and T.2 - Stump - Remove.

Reduce length of lower lateral branches and raise crown, as necessary, to clear adjacent rear boundary fence and achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level, and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; [G3b - Norway Maple - No works at present.]; G2a - Lime - Reduce height by 3m and lateral spread to N & E by 1.5m & W by 2m and crown raise by removing small, low lateral branches to the main stem and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; G2b - Norway Maple - Reduce lateral spread to N by 2m & to W by 1m and crown raise by removing the 3 lowest lateral branches to the main stem and reducing the remaining lateral branches, as necessary, to achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; G2c - Norway Maple - Reduce lateral spread to N by 2m & to W by 3m and crown raise by removing the 4 lowest lateral branches to the main stem and reducing the remaining lateral branches, as necessary, to achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; and G1 (G3) - Norway Maple and Sycamore - Reduce lateral spread to N, E & S by 3m and crown raise by removing selected low lateral branches to the main stem and reducing the remaining lateral branches of all five trees, as necessary, to achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'. All works as agreed.

TPO 05/1978 [78/00005/TPO] - T.1 Yew - Prune all overhanging branches to the boundary, approx 1m from the edge of the building (tree previously pruned, the vast majority of cuts would be less than 2.5cm, with a couple of higher branches of diameter approx 5cm).
