Werrington Conservation Area protected trees T. 4 Yew - Raise crown of over driveway to 4m; T.5 Norway Maple & T.6 Cherry Plum - Reduce height by 2m; T.7 Walnut - Reduce height by 4m & T.8 Silver Birch - Reduce height by 4m and reduce lateral branches to give 1m clearance to garage.

T.1-T.3 Lime - Re-pollard to above old pollarding points and T.4 Lime (closest to garage, and house at No.4 Maxey Road) - Fell.

T.1 Purple Leaved Plum - Reduce selected branch endings to reshape crown and raise crown, as considered necessary, adjacent to and over the rear boundary of the neighbouring property & T.2 Cotoneaster - Reduce large limb growing towards garage, to suitable secondary growing point, to avoid potential for future failure and selectively reduce overlong branch endings to reshape the crown, including reducing the overhang to the footpath and branch endings growing towards the house on the SW side of the crown, as discussed on site.

T.1 Oak - Reduce & reshape extended, lateral branches overhanging the garage & drive only, to suitable secondary growing points, in line with boundary wall wherever possible. Retain smaller low lateral branch growing towards front right corner of house, as discussed and agreed on site.
