T.1 Sycamore - Raise crown by removing the three lowest lateral branches overhanging the rear garden and the two, truncated/previously reduced, lowest branches overhanging the footpath/adj. garden, back to the main stem; and any other small/secondary branches to achieve an even crown lift/height, as necessary. T.2 Leylandii - Raise crown to 4m above ground level (garden side), by removing small secondary branches only over greenhouse, shed, wall & footpath.

T.1 Silver Birch - Reduce single dominant branch growing to the north-east, by pruning back to a suitable secondary forking break, retaining crown shape and lightly thin the remaining crown by removing small crossing branches; and T.2 Beech - Raise crown, by removing low lateral branch overhanging the property boundary to the south-west and adjacent shed.

TPO 05/1980 [80/00005/TPO] T.1 Silver Birch (T.3) - Remove to ground level due to large cavity with decay at base; T.2 Silver Birch (T.1) - Crown lift to give 4 m ground clearance to clear wall and neighbouring shed. Twisted Willow (T.2) & Lime (T.4) are NOT protected by the above TPO.

T.1 Yew - Raise crown evenly to the previous height of approximately 3m above ground level and no more and reduce and reshape the crown to previous pruning points, by approximately 1m, as agreed in 2015. T.2 Silver Birch - Raise crown to 4m above ground level, giving 1/1.5m clearance to the neighbouring property, shed, garage and caravan parking area.

TPO 11/2005 [05/00011/TPO] T.9 Lime - Raise crown by removing small, low 'epicormic' branches back to the main stem to clear the shed roof by 1m, and balance the lower crown through 360 degrees to achieve an even height to the crown raise.
