Reduce length of lower lateral branches and raise crown, as necessary, to clear adjacent rear boundary fence and achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level, and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; [G3b - Norway Maple - No works at present.]; G2a - Lime - Reduce height by 3m and lateral spread to N & E by 1.5m & W by 2m and crown raise by removing small, low lateral branches to the main stem and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; G2b - Norway Maple - Reduce lateral spread to N by 2m & to W by 1m and crown raise by removing the 3 lowest lateral branches to the main stem and reducing the remaining lateral branches, as necessary, to achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; G2c - Norway Maple - Reduce lateral spread to N by 2m & to W by 3m and crown raise by removing the 4 lowest lateral branches to the main stem and reducing the remaining lateral branches, as necessary, to achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'; and G1 (G3) - Norway Maple and Sycamore - Reduce lateral spread to N, E & S by 3m and crown raise by removing selected low lateral branches to the main stem and reducing the remaining lateral branches of all five trees, as necessary, to achieve a reasonable crown height above ground level and crown clean, including removing all dead branchwood and 'snags'. All works as agreed.

TPO 05/1978 [78/00005/TPO] - T.1 Yew - Prune all overhanging branches to the boundary, approx 1m from the edge of the building (tree previously pruned, the vast majority of cuts would be less than 2.5cm, with a couple of higher branches of diameter approx 5cm).

TPO 08/2023 [23/00008/TPO] T.1 Box Elder - Raise crown to an even height of approx 2.5/3m and reduce selected low lateral branch endings to suitable secondary growing points to clear boundary wall and overhang; light thin and remove deadwood as considered necessary. If possible cut rope around branch, to release tension/restriction, but do not attempt to remove rope, to avoid further damage to bark/branch, as discussed and agreed on site.

T.1 - (to rear of No.5 Waterfall Garden) - Trim back overhanging branches. T.2 - Single stem - Fell. T.3 - Twin-stemmed - No work required. T.4 Single stem - Fell. T.5 & T.6 A multi-stemmed tree consisting of three stems - T.5 twin-stem - Retain & T.6 single stem - Fell.

TPO 09/1979 [79/00009/TPO] Woodland W.1 - Beech T.1 - T.5 T.1 - Remove single low lateral secondary branch growing towards rear of dwelling; T.2 - Reduce and thin lower crown by 20% and no more, growing towards rear of dwelling; T.3 - Remove single low lateral branch growing towards rear of dwelling; T.4 - Remove three, low lateral secondary branches, two growing towards rear of dwelling and one, growing over the neighbouring boundary & T.5 - Remove top branch, damaged by 'rubbing' on lower branch overhanging the neighbours garden and reduce lower branch to secondary growing point behind 'rubbing' point, and remove remaining low lateral secondary branch overhanging the neighbouring garden. [No works to the two Beech in the adjacent, side garden area].

TPO's 12/1992 [92/00012/TPO] and 08/1994 [94/00008/TPO] - Works to trees as per application form dated 03.03.2021 and description of works ref 1-15. Proposals 1: Tree works ref No. 1-8 & 10-14 - works as specified. Proposal 2: Tree works ref No. 9 & 15 - No.9 - 3no Silver Birch within Group G.1 of 94/00008/TPO - Reduce by 3m because they're shading a lime on the roadside and No.15 - Poplars - T.10-24 & within Group G.1 of 92/00012/TPO - Remove because they are a hazard to pedestrians in the garden and traffic on farm track. All trees show signs of overextended and subsequently broken limbs. Replant with sufficient lime trees to replace entire boundary, size tbc but likely 'instant'.

TPO 07/2006 Walnut T.6 Reduce selected branch endings to suitable secondary growing points, sympathetically reshaping the eastern crown, reducing the overhang to the property boundary, and crown clean, the entire crown removing dead, hanging and damaged branches, crossing and rubbing branches, and thinning old pruning points to favour existing suitable and appropriate branch growth. Raise crown to 2.5m over garden area, by removing or reducing only low lateral secondary branches to suitable growing points, as considered necessary. All works to be carried out when the tree is in full leaf, in the next growing season and to BS3998:2010, as discussed and directed on site.
