T.1 Beech - Minor reduction of selected overlong branches to reshape the crown and crown clean; T.2 & T.3 Corsican Pine - Retain and crown clean; T.4, T.5 & T.6 Corsican Pine - Remove and replant; T.7, T.8 & T.9 Lombardy Poplar - Retain, remove low branch on T.8 to reinstate fence and crown clean all trees; T.10 & T.11 Lombardy Poplar - Remove and replant.

T.1- T.4 Purple Leaved Plum and T.5 Ash - Reduce & reshape by no more than 25%; T.6 Apple (twin-stemmed) - Fell; T.7 Norway Spruce (adjacent to the western boundary of the garden, opposite Central Park) - Fell due to vulnerable multi-stemmed upper crown habit, which appears to be a potential future failure point, adjacent to the public footpath/highway. Raise the crowns of all trees overhanging the boundary fencing and footpath to 2.5m above ground level and no more, by removing small low lateral branches to achieve the required height.

T.1- Birch - Reduce branches to give 1m gap to adjacent house and crown lift to 3m; T.2- Hazel - Remove upright growth from centre of hazel and remove branches overhanging fence into neighbours

T.1 'Trim Apple tree' - Reduce and reshape crown by 50% and no more (not reduce height of tree); T.2-4 'Fell 3No. Elder'; T.5'Tree in middle of garden' - Bay tree - fell or reduce tree height as necessary, as discussed on site & T.6 'Trim tree that sits across boundary of neighbours garden to allow fence to be fitted' - Rowan tree - remove single stem immediately adjacent to fenceto allow fence to be positioned correctly and fixed.

T.1 Ash - Create and manage as a 'pollard' by reducing the upper crown to approximately 1m above the major forking break, including the over-extended limb along the fence line to form a part of the proposed 'pollard', as discussed on site.

T.1 Larch - Fell. T.4 Portugal Laurel - Remove single stem up against fence. T.6-9 Apple, T.10 Plum & T.11 Pear trees - Reduce and reshape, all works as specified within the application and with reference to the submitted plan and photographs.

CTR.1 Yew - Reduce crown by up to 1.5m. CTR. 2 Sycamore - Reduce crown by up to 1.5m. CTR. 3 False Acacia - Reduce crown by up to 3m. CTR. 4 False Acacia - Reduce crown by up to 2m. CTR. 5 False Acacia reduce crown by up to 3m and Sycamore (located outside the property boundary fence adjacent to the back edge of the footpath, between trees CTR3 & CTR4) - Reduce and reshape crown by up to 3m.

T.1 Yew & T.2 Holly (T2) - Reduce crown by 0.5m to shape into a more rounded shape. T.3 Beech & T.4-8 Limes - Raise crowns to 2m above the height of the adjacent fencing. T.9 Maple - Remove deadwood. T.10 Maple (dying) - Fell & replace. T.11 Cedar - Remove branch over the metal gateway to the church yard, prune back to main stem. T.12 Cedar (dead) - Fell. T.13 Horse Chestnut - Remove lowest branch overhanging lane to Church.
