Change of Use of permanent agricultural grassland to use as a dog exercise paddock, with associated car parking and boundary fencing

TPO's 12/1992 [92/00012/TPO] and 08/1994 [94/00008/TPO] - Works to trees as per application form dated 03.03.2021 and description of works ref 1-15. Proposals 1: Tree works ref No. 1-8 & 10-14 - works as specified. Proposal 2: Tree works ref No. 9 & 15 - No.9 - 3no Silver Birch within Group G.1 of 94/00008/TPO - Reduce by 3m because they're shading a lime on the roadside and No.15 - Poplars - T.10-24 & within Group G.1 of 92/00012/TPO - Remove because they are a hazard to pedestrians in the garden and traffic on farm track. All trees show signs of overextended and subsequently broken limbs. Replant with sufficient lime trees to replace entire boundary, size tbc but likely 'instant'.
