The demolition of existing buildings on the site and the conversion and extension of the Jervis building and the change of use of the Gymnasium, with any internal works being subject to a separate listed building application, together with the construction of new purpose-built buildings to provide up to 2,500 accommodation units for naval personnel, along with amenity, office and hub buildings including medical space, recreational facilities and other ancillary works including landscaping and access.
