Alterations to Stair tower # 4 to include removal of 3 no. walkways south from Crown Court 86-101 to tower #4 and 1 no. walkway heading east from Lords Court 33-48 to tower #4; aluminium door at second floor height on the west elevation of tower #4 providing access to Lords Court 33-48 will be removed and replaced with concrete block work; newly exposed communal walkway openings to the south of Crown Court 86-101 and west of Lords Court 33-48 will be finished with 1245mm high railings to match height of existing walkway railings; the open walkway ends from tower #4 heading north to Crown Court 86-101 to be finished with 1245mm high railings

Construction of a new section of carriageway to create a two-way bus lane along Unicorn Road into Cascades Approach, with new cycle lane provision, lighting and drainage, and realignment of Cascades car park entrance. Associated highway improvement works, along Unicorn Road, Marketway and Charlotte Street, including the reconfiguration of the existing highway and amendments to Unicorn Road junction from the Portsmouth Naval Base, removal and provision of new crossing points and cycle lane provision. Tree removal, landscaping and associated engineering and temporary construction works including a temporary site office.
