Construction of outbuilding to front forecourt

Construction of 2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension (following removal of existing garage); alterations to roof to include hip to gable end build up to north-east roofslope, construction of a dormer to rear and new second floor window in north-east side elevation; new windows to front gable end and rooflights to front roofslope; new retaining wall to garden (north-east and south east boundaries (resubmission of 22/01762/HOU, with only amendments to approved dormer and insertion of additional rooflight to front).

Construction of conservatory to rear

Construction of single storey side/front extension; first floor front extension with dual pitched roof; part single/part two storey rear extensions (following removal of existing)

Construction of boundary walls with timber infill panels and metal railings, new vehicular access and metal gates, (following removal of existing fencing)
