Trees alongside side boundary wall (with no. 3 Alexandra road) at the front of the house - have the overhanging branches cut back

Horse Chestnut T18 fell due to increased lean causing damage to outbuilding and boundary wall health and safety threat of tree collapse, areas of trunk show decay. A tomogram in 2018 suggested an area of trunk decay and compromise with dysfunction wood tissue. Proposal to fell and plant with appropriate substitute. Hornbeams T1,T2, T3, T4, T5 growing close to house and overhanging road touching adjacent house and causing mild obstruction to larger vehicles travelling along Surley Row. Propose to reduce back from building up t2m and crown lift 2-4m to secondary growth
