Upgrades to the front facade of 183A Oxford Road. This includes removing modern shop frontage and uPVC doors and windows, installing new timber shop front with timber doors and windows, and re-painting shop front and down pipe.

Non-Material amendment to planning permission 220086 to increase the parking from 2 to 3 bays, relocation of the front door to the apartments, remove the stall risers to the retail unit, opening of theTax window on the School Road elevation and an additional velux roof light to Apartment 4 on the Downing Road elevation

Facade alterations: New shop front windows and new door openings including the formation of a new entrance to the first floor sublet unit from the car park - also to include new rooftop plant. A new E- comm van parking/loading area and alterations to the existing car park, minor changes to the layout to regain the lost parking spaces and maintain and enhance special needs parking. This will also includenew pedestrian walkways, new trolley parking corrals to the centre of the car park and new bollards.
