T1 - Lime - Located in rear garden, boundary between No 8 & 9 - Lapsed pollard - Re-pollard removing up to 4m

T12 and T13 (lime trees situated on either side of drive and in line with telephone wires) to prune basal growth and epicormic growth four times per year as per previous permission and for re-pollarding every three years as per previous permission.

Mixed species tree canopies overhanging the rear of the store creatingpest or rodent access into the store. To reduce the Mixed Species trees 2 metres back from the building from ground level only show in red on attached plan.

T12 on TPO map 18/10 (ash)- Crown raise ash in rear garden to approximately 3m above ground level to facilitate access and use of garden. Reduce garden side of ash by approximately 1.5m and blend intorest of crown to maintain manageable size and as part of routine maintenance.

Lime tree 4 (furthest from the building at 17 Erleigh Road): Repollard.

Holly tree (alongside boundary wall with 16 Denmark Road): Remove ivy,reduce height and tidy up, Damson tree 1 (next to holly tree): Either complete removal (as it is so close to the other trees), or remove ivy, reduce height and tidy up, Damson tree 2 : Remove ivy, reduce height and tidy up
