Conversion of the garage into habitable space with new crown roof, changes in fenestration and changes to levels and surfaces to the front hardstanding

Beech T9 on TPO plan 82/01. Tree reduced as to be clear of the adjacent building wall and roof.

Sycamore - reduce canopy by approx 2m all over and crown lift to roof line of No. 105; Yew - prune to give 2m clearance from house

T1 Elder - take stem off roof of garage and tip back laterals. T2 Sycamore - tip reduce whole crown area by approximately 1.7 m. Sever ivy. Beech - Reduce height down by approximately 10m and tip back laterals over pathway.

T1 Pine - Crown clean (remove dead, dying, low vigour, crossing/rubbing branches); remove one main branch resting on the garage roof; crown lift (by removing the vertical hanging secondary growth only) to provide 1-2m clearance from the garage roof; lateral reduction of south side (growing towards the houses) back to appropriate growing points to balance the crown; removal of two minor low branches overhanging the garden of No. 3

T1 and T2 (birch): Trim birch trees to give 1-2m clearance to roof, phone lines and street light; T3 (mixed species): Clear overhanging vegetation from neighbouring property in front of garage back to boundary T4 (apple): Reduce/reshape apple tree adjacent to birch to tidy up; T5 (walnut): Thin and reshape walnut tree T6 (apple): Pollard apple tree T7 (hazel): Remove overhanging hazel entangled with holly tree back toboundary

T1, T14, T19, T20, T23 (x5) London Plane - Thin crown by 15%, remove dead wood and reduce limbs growing over roof allowing 3 mts clearance T3 London Plane - Remove crossing branches and major dead wood T21, T22 (x2) London Plane - Remove major dead wood and cut Ivy at base of tree T13 Lime - Reduce crown growing towards building allowing 3mts clearance T4, T5, T6 (x3) Alder - Cut Ivy at base of tree and lift crown overhanging parking bay to 12ft.

Sycamore (T2 on TPO map - on neighbouring land): remove lower limbs that are touching the roof back to source (see photos) Oak (G1 - Western-most tree in Group 1): crown lift to first major fork at approximately 7m above ground level, removing epicormic growth; approximately 3m reduction on house side, approximately 2 m reduction elsewhere (see photos)

T4 Beech prune back 2 branches over house as shown in photo, this should give about 1 metres clearance of side of house Reason to prevendamage to roof

As requested, please find attached photos of the fallen tree. Looking at the foliage at the bottom of the tree, it may be a Sycamore? There isn�t much to go on with foliage I�m afraid. Our intention at the point is to remove the remainder of the trunk (you can see it clearly towering above the roof in one of the pictures). Please accept this email notification that Housing 21 are giving 6 week notice of our intention to remove the remaining tree trunk. I believe we can carry out the works from Friday 18th June.
