Approx 2.5m reduction of limb, to prevent breakout into gardens below. 320 Kidmore Road - Ash (T2) Cut back limb overhanging Summer house by approx 2m (to suitable pruning points), to prevent break out in winds. 324 Kidmore Road - Ash (T3) Cut back Ash tree limb overhanging properties in Winterberry. T6026 (26 Winterberry way, Arbortrack no. 07N6) - Cut back the canopy inline with conservatory edge (4m from house), reduce in height by 2m,cut back the lowest limb that extends towards the conservatory to provide 2m clearance. T6361 (3 Morlais, Arbortrack no. 0B9Z) - Crown lift canopy to 3m over garden to provide adequate clearance. Cut back from building by 2m to provide adaquate clearance. Remove any major deadwood that could fall onto property.

Horse Chestnut T18 fell due to increased lean causing damage to outbuilding and boundary wall health and safety threat of tree collapse, areas of trunk show decay. A tomogram in 2018 suggested an area of trunk decay and compromise with dysfunction wood tissue. Proposal to fell and plant with appropriate substitute. Hornbeams T1,T2, T3, T4, T5 growing close to house and overhanging road touching adjacent house and causing mild obstruction to larger vehicles travelling along Surley Row. Propose to reduce back from building up t2m and crown lift 2-4m to secondary growth

5 DAY NOTICE REQUEST T1. Ash: Remove as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is significantly decayed at the stem base. It looks as though the soil level was altered when the diesel tank was installed. There is extensive die-back in the canopy I believe this tree is only standing as it is protected in a dense group of trees. If this tree was to fail it would hit the house. For this reason I would request this tree is removed under a 5 day notice.

Two Ash trees located in the rear garden of The Boat House, The Warren. Both trees are dying due to having Ash die back (a chronic fungal disease. this will cause a big decline in the trees health starting with the crown. both trees have a large amount of dead timbein the crown and also a lot that appear to be in decline. this has caused many large limb failures and snap outs. this has caused the owner a lot of concern as the trees are both overhanging their neighbours boat house. Due to this I would like to gain permission toremove both trees down to ground level.

T1 Copper Beech - Crown Reduce - Reducing the height of the tree by around 3 meters and the radial spread by around 2.5 meters (south, east and west side only) ; slective branch reduction to give 1.5 meterclearance from house and roof immediately adjacent; Remove minor lowergrowth to give 5 meters clearance over the ground.
