Erection of 1 x 5 bed detached dwelling. Variation of condition 6 of permission 20/01762/F. The new owner of ViVa Griha would like to change the development specification for the perimeter treatment to the south site boundary as illustrated in Drawing 02 and the Planning Statement. Our application proposal involves hard landscape amendments to approved Condition 6 of Planning Application Ref. 20/01762/F as follows; Build new entry gates and piers (Refer to Drawing 116/PL/02) at entrance to dwelling from Hurst Drive. Add a new perimeter 1m high close board fence to the Hurst Drive boundary.

T1. Yew and Box front RHS - Fell to as close to ground level as possible and treat stumps to inhibit regrowth 9x4m Tree pressing on and pushing wall over. Works to enable wall to be re built. T2. Cypress hedge rear garden - Fell to ground level and grind stump to a depth of approximately 300mm below adjacent ground level, backfill grindings into stump hole and leave excess in situ 2m tall hedge approximately 4m long, works to open up garden. T3. Hawthorn x 3 rear boundary - Fell to ground level and grind stump to a depth of approximately 300mm below adjacent ground level, backfill grindings into stump hole and leave excess in situ 4-5m tall trees, works to allow for new landscaping of rear boundary. T4. Elder x 5 rear boundary - Fell to ground level and grind stump to a depth of approximately 300mm below adjacent ground level, backfill grindings into stump hole and leave excess in situ 4-5m tall trees, works to allow for new landscaping of rear boundary. T5. Privet rear boundary - Reduce to fence height 2m tall hedge to be reduce to 1.4m. works to allow for new landscaping of rear.
