Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a side single storey extension 50% width of original building with a maximum height of 4 metres and a two storey rear extension 3 metres deep and ridge height lower than existing dwelling.

A lawful development certificate for the erection of a garden outbuilding, to include a games room and garden store, incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse under of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The buildings works have included the levelling of the site to provide a flat concrete slab upon which to build an outbuilding and the construction of a timber framed, flat roofed (with parapet) outbuilding to provide a games room and garden store.

A certificate of lawful development (existing use) is sought to regularize the existing and continued use of the building and grounds immediately south of no 15 Church Road and as per the attached site location plan as a self-contained C3 residential dwelling. As amended on 12/02/2021.
