A lawful development certificate for the erection of a garden outbuilding, to include a games room and garden store, incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse under of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The buildings works have included the levelling of the site to provide a flat concrete slab upon which to build an outbuilding and the construction of a timber framed, flat roofed (with parapet) outbuilding to provide a games room and garden store.
