Proposed demolition of existing garage, single storey side extension and conservatory to allow for construction of 2 no. two storey side extensions together with part two storey / part single storey rear extension and replacement roof to allow accommodation within the roof space. A new boundary treatment with 2 no. entrance gates is also proposed.
