Internal renovation and removal of internal walls to create a more open plan layout. Removal of front aspect long sloping roof and introduction of a traditional gable end. Joining of garage to main house and creation of a hip to gable roof. New timber cladding to front and side elevations. Introduction of dormer windows to second floor front elevation and roof lights to rear elevation. General landscaping and excavations to create a new sunken patio to the rear of the property.
