Proposed construction of a single storey side & rear extension wrap-around, together with, retrospective planning permission for construction of rear conservatory.

Construction of a two storey building; single storey kitchen and hall extension; and associated car parking and landscaping works in order to increase the school from a 2 form entry (2FE) Infant School to a 2 form entry (2FE) Primary School without compliance with Conditions 10, 11, 12 and 15 of planning permission ref: RE/P/13/01527/CON dated 10 October 2013 to allow for the retrospective submission of footpath details (condition 10), retrospective approval of biodiversity mitigation measures (condition 15) and removal of conditions 11 (relating to additional planting along western boundary) and 12 (details of lighting along western boundary).
