Submission of patio boundary screening details pursuant to Condition 5 of permission 20/00930/HHOLD. Proposed alterations and extensions to front and rear of property at 1 and 2 storeys comprising of: Conversion of half of double garage to new side entrance and shower room. Existing garage door replaced with new external door and sidelight. New two-storey extension to front elevation. Extension to mirror and match existing front gable end in size, scale and material use. New single-storey porch between existing and proposed forward protruding elements, with pitched and glazed roof over. New centered front door with sidelights to either side. New rear extension, at ground floor, to the full width of the original property and 4m in depth. 2no roof lights over, 2no bi-folding doors and 1no picture window. Non-Material Amendment to 18/00058/F : Alteration to south-west corner near entrance (angled wall to suit boundary line), and walls around northern edge to move walls away from boundary line. Eastern bay altered to suit. Photovoltaic cells now shown on southern roof slope in accordance with approved energy report.
